Yes. Major banks including HBL, MCB, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah offer home finance products. You generally need to be salaried or self-employed with documented income, and the property must be approved by the bank's legal team. Financing typically covers 50–70% of the property value. Buyers typically pay 2–3% stamp duty, 1% CVT (Capital Value Tax), token/booking amounts, and agent commission (usually 1%). For new constructions, NOC and completion certificate fees apply. We provide a full cost breakdown before you sign anything so there are no surprises.
