The process starts with selecting the society and plot size, paying a token amount to reserve the property, signing the sale agreement, and completing the transfer at the society office. We guide you through every step, from verifying the seller title to making sure the file is clear of any dues before you hand over any payment.
Yes. Major banks including HBL, MCB, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah offer home finance products. You generally need to be salaried or self employed with documented income, and the property must be approved by the bank legal team. Financing typically covers 50 to 70 percent of the property value. Buyers typically pay 2 to 3 percent stamp duty, 1 percent CVT (Capital Value Tax), token and booking amounts, and agent commission that is usually 1 percent.
