Use whatever you need. Many clients come for one service, such as finding a plot, and then stay for the build. Others only use us for valuations or rental management. Every service stands on its own.

Yes. We cover all major Lahore societies, including Bahria Town, DHA in all phases, Al Kabir Town, LDA approved schemes, Johar Town, Wapda Town, Model Town, and select areas in Raiwind, Bedian, and beyond.

A 5 marla house runs 6 to 9 months from grey structure to finishing. A 10 marla house is typically 9 to 12 months. A 1 kanal house can range from 12 to 18 months depending on finish level. You get a written timeline at contract signing and weekly progress reports throughout.
